Can you run a heavier oil, like 10w 40 20w 50 15w 40? Oil temps getting hot and thinning oil>

Try running an oil cooler instead. Why do I get the weirdest feeling that this is for a circle track car and you cant run an oil cooler.

FYI... W = Winter. So that number doesn't mean a whole lot.... at least right now. As far as running a heaver oil, are you having a problem with loss of oil pressure? If so, switch the oil to something heavier, then put the car on Craigslist.
