More fuel isn't going to help without supporting mods such as intake, header, exhaust, head port work. But just putting bigger injectors in Won't do anything but make it run rich and burn more fuel.

That's not true... What about diesel cars?
It was a joke...
Diesels are unthrottled and sometimes are not at optimum wot afr's (especially older ones) and more fuel alone can make more power...
Honestly, Boost it. That's about the only way you're getting any sort of decent power out of the 2200. Trust me, I have a 2200 with a warm air intake and it only puts out 125bhp, and pulls somewhere around 100-105whp. That's about a 10 hp gain.
just tune it instead of buying larger injectors. Even a completely stock car can benefit from a tune, plus that will allow for further tuning in the future should you ever decide to continue with more mods.
Eat my shift
Wow im glad to see some supportive comments...guess the org is improving
GMR has got nothing on this

Shhh don't say that out loud... you will jinx it lol
If its a track only car, I would suggest stripping the cars interior. Removing weight will improve times, less weight for the car to move. Upgrade the suspension and tires so as you ad more power, the car can handle it. Upper and lower mounts, trans mounts, header + full exhaust, intake and a tune. If you want more, then look into engine builds, or turbo.
GO BUY NOS! and drive your stock race car lol

But what about the danger to the manifold? If you do, make sure to brace your floorboards.

and dont forget change the engine, rims, or buy another car lol
, sorry had to, but to be honest 2.2 unless eco there is not point to build up, they have to be turboed to run with a 2.4, and you have the potential to run the 3400, so staying with 2.2 and trying to make it fast is a waist with the ability in front of you to make something more

I just put a brace under the hood from the manifold to the hood itself, so when it closed no more danger, She is braced

Honestly man stick with the 2.2 dissent have to be eco to be good I've seen 2.2 non eco with numbers close to 300hp not to mention there way more reliable id rather be the underdog making power then being like everyone else no offense just the truth so good luck bud
But again man with that being said the 300hp numbers were with a turbo or supercharger
