Hmmm 33 lb/hr not 36 as i've read many places. Partial explanation why they are so maxxed out of the box lol.

I had a hunch that these injectors were not 36lb/hr based on the injector constant GM came up with in the GM reflash. I calculated about 34.5lb/hr from the injector constant itself, which I was closer but still a little off. On my next email to Delphi I will be asking for specs on the stock eco injectors. Since they are rated at 50.8 psi, Im coming up with a smaller Injector constant for the ford green tops. Green tops are rated 42lb @ 39.15. Now I checked my fuel pressure and confirmed it was 50psi with vacuum going to the regulator at Idle. It was 58 with no vacuum going to the regulator after i pulled off the hose. So doing the math the green tops come to 47.8lb/hr @ 50.8psi. SO 24/47.8*.178 = .089372 considering if the stock injectors are actually 24lb/hr. Now this makes sense because when I was trying to tune my IPWM vs. VAC and I wasn't getting a linear offset. The multiplier would be like 1.3 at 30kpa then lower to 1 at 50 kpa then raise back up to 1.08 at 70kpa. Something like that can't remember off the top of my head what it was exactly. Im going to try using the new constant I came up with to see if I get any better results.

Wonder how similar the saab green tops are to those specs.

33lb/hr at 50.8 psi of fuel pressure..

Factory LSJ's run 58psi fuel pressure. Probably where the 36lb/hr comes from
