I heard that an auto TB on a manual car can increase power and air flow. I'm skeptical but I can't find any information on the differences between the two that can prove if this is fact or fiction. Does anybody know how or why this would work or not?

No difference on tb's and they won't really change your power unless you have more going on than just bolt on's.
