Super cool Mark. Would a gasket be supplied as well. The blower guys would need one. The manifold is not oringed. This and your blower-manifold spacer would probably lower temps a lot. but this will probably require longer studs/bolts.
BTW check ur email.
these would also benefit guys like me that run an aluminum mani that gets heat soaked at the track i considered makin one but phenolic we have at work is like an inch thick so i might buy one of these and also what is the thickness of these i dont have alot of room between mani and core support

i def think these would benefit me only time my mani gets hot is heat soak from the head other then that intercooler keeps it plenty cool

I've got a phenolic manifold and blower spacer, and they helped with iat's
ill measure the gap i have in between mani and core support and get back with you here is a pic of my setup so you can see how tight the area is by the throttlebody

JUCNBST- How thick are your spacers? Did you have to run longer manifold bolts?
Sweet product mark, added to my must buy list.
mark what would you charge for a flange? looking into making a intake mani.
please email me

Egr? You mean pcv and what's the modified one for? I might be interested but have no clearance id have to come to shop and try it on.
I'm running the ZZP intake manifold spacer for teh LSJ and you will need longer bolts. Mcmaster Carr has shoulder bolts that have a 6mm thread and 8mm neck to keep the manifold centered over the studs. I want to say it's 1/2 inch off the top of my head, and I tested O.E.M.'s blower spacer which was 1/8th inch. It made a difference. I did a review of it with temps readings before and after install in the boost forum, just search product review.
Thanks for the info JUCNBST, exactly what I was looking for.

Holy @!#$ mark thats cheaper than I can buy the phenolic to make them. Are they just up on the site at that price?

Yep I know. Not on the site, only for people that find this special here.
Yes, its for you guys that throw the m62 on your 2.2 or 2.4. (sorry not an ECO guru)
