Thrush Glasspack

Car was stupid loud after having to put an emergency muffler on it. Had resonator cut off a long time ago...did some research and saw that the Thrush glasspack is popular as a resonator. Is it really going to quiet down the noise and if so, how much? Thanks for the help.

Well I put a flowmaster on it 4 years ago and it was falling off, but that was a surprise. So I just ran to Advance Auto and bought the cheapest thing I could find until this summer when I redo the entire thing. It really sucks bad, but when the money is tight and I wasn't planning on redoing it, I had to do what I had to do.

Unfortunately, yes. I hate it! lol But it was a cheap/temporary fix. Come May or June, it will be gone!

Mine is 31" from end to end or inlet to outlet. Will it fit?

THIS....

is what I used on my Sunflower. Works perfect. I'm using it as a long resonator underneath the floor pan, and a generic dual-tip outlet resonater in place of a muffler. Sounds amazing!!!

Got the glasspack installed. It does exactly what I hoped it would. Much less noise and quite a bit deeper.
