I just recently got a Magnaflow cat back system and got it installed, but for some reason it leaks at the clamp that connects the axel back to the mid pipe. I have tightened it as much as i could and even moved the clamp around where the pipes connect. I was wondering if there is a secret to it, or am i just retarded?
i just welded it...clamps never last.

what if you ever plan on taking if off again? Your hooped if you weld it. Replace crappy clamp with v band, problem solved

I think im going to try the V Band clamps. Misnblu was telling me about them the other day when i got the cat back. He isnt going to let me live this one down, lol. I also got a pacesetter 4-1 armor coat header and a magnaflow hi flow cat, im going to have a cutstom down pipe made and try to use the v bands on all these too. If all else fails, i will just have some flanges welded to everything that way i can still take crap off if i need to. Thanks for the replies everyone.
