found a header, does not have a spot for an 02 sensor. is it as simple as getting a bung welding it on and drilling the hole? or is there more to it?

it's that simple, down where they connect all four
Drill hole first then weld bung. I like the bung to sit just inside the hole so the sensor is closer to the middle of the pipe. But you pretty much covered it.

Use anti-seize on the thread if you ever want to be able to remove the sensor again!

ok, will do, are all 02 sensors the same size? so any bung will do.

Yah there all a standard size. You can get bungs with saddles, on angles etc though. Bung size is M18x 1.5 thread

I dont know about there quality but when searching on line they come with the bung for the o2 already. Its right at the collector ( where the 4 pipes meet )
