With mine I would occasionally get a code for a slow response from the O2 sensor. Usually would happen if I was on the highway for a long time. But I had the older design of that header.

What year? My 01 2200 only has the 2 wire O2 sensor (sensor 1, bank 1[obviously]) and so there was a problem because the header moved the sensor too far downstream. I got the same codes. Look into getting a 4 wire. It's an easy mod and good for really any application. Mine is a bosch and works great. This fixed the problem for me. As an added bonus I go into closed loop SOOOO much faster. Hook either white wire to a switched 12V source, the other to a ground, and then cut the plug off of the old sensor hook the other two (black and gray IIRC) to that plug and hook into the factory harness.

Mine was on a 97. It was the older header that was 4-2-1 (new one is 4-1), plus there was only 1 wire for the sensor.
Doesn't really matter to me now as I no longer have the header, or the engine.
