I have a 95 cavalier with the 2.2 OHV, and I am in the midst of header shopping and some header companies says 95 through 02. and others say 96 through 2002. Does the fact that 95 and 94 motors are the same mean that header wont work? Or will the header fit the 95 as well as the 96?

some companies are just stupid... you need a 95 - 97 header... i wouldn't use a 94 because the body and possibly the exhaust is different... (while the motor is the same, the plumbing may not be), and the head changed in 1998.
also make sure you aren't looking up parts for the 2.3 and the 2.4 motors (most 2.4 parts will say 96 - 02)
Right on.... Thanks guys!!

just adding my measley two cents but i figured i might as well. if your looking at ones on ebay stay away!. i made the mistake of buying one of those cheap pos's and it does not fit well at all. its bolts up great but clearance for plumbing and oil pan were a no go. as stated in an earlier post. make sure the header is for the year car you intend on applying it to. as look into a pacesetter header. its a little bit more but well worth it.
