want to know is it hard for a machin shop to bored the intake tower for 35mm lifters
and the HO Cam to get the p/s inset press in
is there some thing to dow special the cam and lifter tower to dow the job right
if you have pic i woudl love to look at it
Thank you Francis
For the machine shop its easy, they do that stuff.
The ps hex insert will probably cost ya a little more
All you gotta do is take your stuff to the shop and see.

honestly the stuff is so easy im surprised i have so many wanting my guy to do it....
my guy physically bores the tower bores close then i take it to a machine shop and have them finish hone them to spec.
and anyone with a chop saw and a press can do the PS insert.
its just a question of how professional you would like your stuff, thats all.

i have call over 20 shop near me and no one can dow it the bore and grinding for the tower
and no one can get a good grip to cut the cam and press the PS insert
i have HO tower for the intake and the exhaust can i use the HO intake tower with the LD9 cover so i can put one bolt insted of tow for the PS

No. You'll have rubber gaskets of different shape on both sides. It would never seal. I'm also pretty sure the 94-earlier quad4 intake tower is longer than the 95 quad4 and LD9. Besides, you need both bolts for the power steering, otherwise the end of the cam tower won't seal.
I have no signiture
^^ correct. you cannot use an LD9 cap on any quad 4 tower other than the 95 which is the same damn thing. 87-94, newp.
