i was reading another forum about the timing because i am taking my motor apart to build it up, it is out of a 2005 cavalier, has 27k on it. guy said it ran great. i know it is truley 27k on it. as i took off the valve cover i saw my cams and i thought holy @!#$ whats going on, but i read that everytime you turn the crank it changes? i dont recall learning about that at all but i still tried it and after about 3 or 4 turns i got the links to line up with the intake and exhaust, but they arent aligned with each other in anyway. one is at like 70 degrees while the other is at like 120. is this normal? also the chain tensioner came apart, is this bad?
