I have a used copper head gasket I am considering usung on one of my builds, can I just spray it with copper gasket spray stuff or do I need to use a liquid gasket like permatex for all the coolant and oil passages?

i thought you had to o-ring the block to use one???

Hmmm the engine I bought from kris bloom came with it installed, maybe my block is o-ringed?

Ill have to, I took off the head and left the gasket on the block.

Either head or block should be o-ringed... Block is prefered.

Dont cooper gaskets have to be retorqued after certain mileage or is that only when new? Would be a pita with how the quads are
