whats the best way to prime the oil pump on a 2.4 after rebuild b4 starting first time??

now could you also use this method with the pan off and a tube from the pickup into a gallon of new oil to flush debris from a bad a bearing? just a thought really.. planning on the spending the $30 to have it hot tanked so i know its clean!
I dont know if id go that route. If there is debris in the pump there is a chance your just pushing it into the top of the motor and or into the oil gallerys

Not to mention your wasting 15-20 bucks on oil. Yea, prolly not the best route to go!
