well im fairly new but been viewing this page for about 8 or so months and i have to say i use to be a import man till the quad 4 schocked me. so after all bolt ons like cams, intake header, underdrive pulleys, tb spacer etc what could my time be at the track
spacer does nothing. but you can drill and tap it for nitrous. and it makes a cool whistle noise
maybe 14s with a good driver and if you hook up

Performance Parts For Cavalier, Sunfire, Cobalts and More!!!
The Quad4 was designed in conjunction with Lotus, who gave GM side-draft carb'd versions of their "slanted" 2.3L DOHC I-4 to install in performance models of GM's European-version of the Chevette (No, none were ever sold here), the Vauxhall HSE 2300. The intention was to garner buyer interest (excitement) in their new FWD-style compact model-lines, by showing that a fuel-efficient car can provide satisfying performance. I'd say they hit the mark.
Wanna really be blown-away? Read-up on the Oldsmobile Aerotech... You'd never believe such a feat was possible when it was done (Late-'80s).
Oh, one warning: Lotus is accustomed to building race-type engines... The kind that will be torn-down & rebuilt after so many runs. The Quad4 is no exception, as I've seen many needing a full-rebuild after 100k-mi on the street from just ordinary day-to-day driving.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
