well 2 of the last lines to hook up are the fuel supply and return and i have 2 questions

1. is it ok to just use fuel injection line and fuel injection clamps for the 50-60 psi that i will be running?
2. or should i just weld on an fittings and use an line? also what size an would i use if i go that route? -4an and -6an?
just want to only do it once

thanks
jason

I would use AN. I used -8 for the feed and -6 for the return.

1. yes, as long as your are running close to factory pressure or within spec of the hose. If you have a whole lot more pressure then that i would recommend AN lines.
2. its up to you.

think i used -6 for both but i used stock steel hard lines then from the lines to the motor i used russel fittings and hose

not you can get quick connects from russel aswell as every other company i think that work
there call

these will fit on the stock hard lines there made for the LT1, LS1, LT4 but they also fit the 3800 fuel rail not sure about other GM ones they come in 3/8 and 5/16, i bought 2 of each 5/16 on the pressure side rail and hard line and 3/8 on the return rail and hard line

RUSSELL PUSH-ON EFI FITTINGS (FOR OEM HARD LINES)
RED/BLUE BLACK
-6 AN to 3/8" hard tube adapters 640850 640853
-6 AN to 5/16" hard tube adapters 640860 640863

i wanted black but they were out of stock when i got mine
