Do they? ECT, IAT, MAF, MAP?

Do they have a power wire then a ground wire?

ECT = no
IAT = no
Both variable reluctance sensors, they are both negative coefficient sensors, meaning when temp goes up resistance goes down. PCM measures resistance through them.

MAP and MAF both have a 5v Reference circuit, so yes technically they have "power" and "gnd" wires along with a third signal wire. MAF is a digital square wave frequency variance where as MAP is a piezo-resistive membrane.

What's a piezo-resistive membrane? lol

Is there a temperature range for the ECT and IAT?

More like a resistance range (X-resistance = Y-temperature). And a piezo-resistive membrane is a pressure sensor. Your MAP will have that.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".

What exactly will happen if the IAT is left unplugged from the intake tube, and what effect will it have on the car?

It'll throw a code, and the ECM will try to compensate by using the values recieved from other sensors.

Serious reduction in MPG.

also if you have a 4spd auto i will put the transmission in some sort of limp mode and make it shift really hard

Instant shift kit in 3 minutes... :-)

just jokes just jokes...
