i have a 2002 2200 cavalier , i was wondering if the 2.4L after market intake manifold will fit ?
2.2 OHV no the other intake will not fit but let me know if you find an intake manifold for the 2.2 OHV it would be awesome
dude cody did you seriously mod a corsica?!?
Did I mention I drive a 2000 Lumina now?-----wigm-tuners.org member
corsica's could be sexy cars dude.
and no. it won't fit. get building if you want it done.
I agree 2.4 mani will not fit. The only "modded" intake mani for the 2200 (besides custom sheet metal ones) was RSM's design.
If you can or have access to TIG, I've been working on some potential designs. Not that I'd really have an opportunity to build one, but I still tinker with the ideas and designs. I think that the 2200's intake was designed using the Gordon-Blair Formula, hence such long runners. Most of the other formulas I've worked with use much shorter runner lengths. Closer to the '97 & older 2.2L OHV's design.
