all 3rd gen cat back systems are interchangable.

sure it will, because after the downpipe from the manifold, it's the same exhaust. if its the two muffler one, still not worth it, it doesnt flow any better and its heavier.

yea im reffering to the dual muffler one...i know it doesnt flow any better and its heavier but its not a racecar and im not really looking for any performance out of it. it has an 00-02 rear bumper and it has cut outs for 2 tips and i just want to fill the other space in with a tip

well then you are good to go. All catbacks for all years are the same...just the hangers can be different places but that can easily be fixed.

thanks. that is assuming the junkyard doesnt want an arm and a leg for the one they have

...and here's an SE (round tip) system on a Cavalier. True, there's no performance in it, but it looks good (to me) and actually has a slightly different tone over the single muffler version.

Looks good. I'd thought of using a pair of flat-rectangular tips like the last-generation Camaro Z28's had, but all the ones I located were expensive and I'd have to cut and weld on what is really just a decorative system. That and the fact that the stock round tips looked good and were in good shape convinced me to just use the system as is. (I have to admit I like the oval tips better too.) - Mark

I am not a fan of those tips and prefer rounds ones, but to each their own.
