just wondering what brand of timing chains are out there for the ohv motor as i am doing a rebuild for boost and would like a better one , most of you guys use clevite?

Instructions can be found in here. It doesn't mention that the cam gear needs to be machined for the hydraulic roller cam. The core was different between the cams, but the timing remained the same.

While we're on the subject, does anyone have so much as an idea why the factory chain fails around 100,000mi when this engine is used in the S-truck app, yet seems to last forever in the J-cars?
