Now that's what I call a long tube header!

Looks like some good work on it. Peronally I'm not a fan of the ball and socket flange, but it looks to be far enough down stream as not to be a big hinderance of the gas flow.

What's the primary length and diameter?

The vid sounds like just the header.

not a big fan of the flange either..but the collector was 3" and my exhaust system is 2.5 ..so the flange brings it down

That should work out just fine, being it's at (is) the reduction.

yes..first the narrow band then the wideband..and now that the exhaust is on it seems to be reading fine..yes there is a flex pipe and yes there IS sound..i posted a vid under the pictures for anyone that missed it ....sorry i didnt rev..the total volume of the exhuast over whelmed the camera i had so i just did it at idle..and that was cold..it gets a much nicer lope when its warm ..ill take some more vids for you guys of it hot with the exhaust on

No revs? I know this is a stupid question but what did you use to color in the "z24" on the side. I got a black z24 too and I want to do that on mine. that car is off the rip son! Looks like a new paint job. Engine sounds mint. Good work

haha gotta re tune first...wideband is reading quite lean..and thats not good..i need to find out if its just not reading properly, cus its right beind the stock o2 (as pictured) or if it really is running that lean now with the header..runs high 14s :1 af at cruise speed so im LEANING toward the o2 working properly and me having to richin it up

btw.... do you think the fact that the O2 sensor is soo far away from the engine... that it could be throwing your widebad off any?

Were those readings with the header open? (as like in the video)

If so, you might be drawing-in air inbetween the exhaust pulses.
