Yup,
Ive had a set up like that using the Injen intake elbow and AEM (ebay) intake.
Just get a 2.75"-3" reducer coupler, and you'll be fine.

i've got one sitting in my garage. i went through two intakes before i got an aem and when i sold my cav i kept the stuff. i have one left...won't ship it to canada so it sucks for the OP, but anyone else that wants it can have it for cheap...shipping plus maybe 5 bucks for my troubles...
