I have a 99 2.4L and was wondering if anyone knew if there was a lifter swap. I have a miss at idle and a tick and think
I have a lifter problem, I wondered if there is a better lifter to use or if the stock GM ones r the best one to use?

Shifted

Stock is about it. There are some "performance" lifters, but really aren't worth doing it unless you have a full motor build.
