I'm assuming it will depend on the pulley sizes that you're planning on running. I'm no expert, but from what I've read anything over 80% capacity on the injectors means it's time to upgrade. Run a search for posts on the GMPP Supercharger and injectors and you'll probably get at least a couple good answers. Good luck.
Ecotec injectors are 19lb not 24.
so the stock ecotec injectors are like 200cc/min or so right??

Yeah give or take, theres a lb to cc calculator on the web somewhere where you can find out exact cc flow. I beleive the 99-01 or 00-01 cavs (cant remeber) that had the quad 4's in them had the 24 lb injectors, which are totally interchangable with the ecotec's.
the gmpp supercharger GIVES you larger injectors
and stock are no where close enough , stock 2.4 and eco are 24lb , the ohv is 19-20lb
Ahhh thanks for the info....I forgot it came with new injectors!!
