search are u will find tons of argments about this header, but..
i have one and my only problem was the gaskets are anoying as hell, its a good gain aver all tho. what i did to finall get a good seal on it was to get a sheet of mr. gasket ultra seal and make copies of the ones it comes with, then add a small amount of copper RTV gasket sealant. and it help if you have a TTR or RKsport lower mount, mine was tappin on the sub frame cuz it wasnt pulled back all the way before it got welded.

my tsudo was crap. it needs some more work still (grinding inside collectors where pipes are welded, fixed a burn through, one flange is so warped it needs to be machined)
but all the work is well worth the saved money.

the pacesetter header on my 2.4 is is a much nicer peice than DC headers i have seen. the welds on teh DC blow and if its not stainless, ur throwing ur money away.....i have a DC on my sol and it is a piece of garbage...... i wont be able to GIVE it away after i put on my ITR header

I 100% agree. i made a post about my header when i got it and no one else had anything bad to say. except for gaskets not sealing to great.

i would recomend this header. too bad it wont be on before the season ends

I just got a ceramic coated 4-1 pacesetter so I'll let you know how I like it, the tseudo is 4-2-1 I think that the engine makes decent low end already so a 4-1 should give more mid to top end power gains possibly?

I have the pacesetter 4-1 on mine and I like it. It was easy to install, seemed like it was good quality and the power gain was decent.

I have talked to several people who bought the Tsudo and they like it. The only reason I did not buy one is because it was not being made when I made my purchase and RK Sport's was way to much money.

Very good comparison, hmmm..... but the real thing I want to know since I just bought a used ceramic pacesetter, which one do you like better for power gains since you've had both now?

Also the primaries look larger on the Tseudo, would you say so? The headers port size is not an issue unless the head's ports are enlarged, the ports are very small if you've noticed, but I suppose if the pc's ports a bit small I can always hog them out a bit then polish them.

well it all comes down to where you want the most in you powerband. for more low end to mid range and i think best for DD's go tsudo, for highs and racing go pacesetter.

tru, u could port out the primaries on the pacesetter but only so far, they are smaller and if you ported the head you could run into problems. I just dont like pacesetter for how there produts rusted to nothing on my and other neons, but havent heard many problems on the j's.

Never had a problem with pacesetter's rusting out, but obviously if you buy the black painted one you have to have the brains to paint it with ceramic paint after you notice the black paint burns off.
