Ive heard everything from twist it to activate to hit the big bolt, to my favortie, the oil pressure just activates it.
anyone ? I want to fire it tommorw, but cant with out this knowldge. thanks

Which one are you referring to? There's one for the timing chain and then there's one for the balance shaft/water pump chain.
If it's the timing chain, you have to use a long screwdriver or something narrow and press down on the chain, against the chain guide. It should pop out. That's provided that you prepared it properly before you installed it. There's a J-tool you use to press the plunger back into the bore, it actually turns and locks into place, via ratcheting action.
If you can snap some pics of it OUT of the block, post 'em up and I'll help the best I can.
