i just got an intake manifold from the junkyard today and when i got home i noticed that it wasnt an HO manifold and throttle body. so is it still worth my time in performance gains to do the swap? and if so how do i get it to match up?
All 2.3 tb's are the same diameter. There isnt much of a difference between the lo and ho manifolds, so go ahead and do it.
To match it you have to slot the bolt holes on the manifold to line up with the 2.4 head, and either port match the manifold or use a fontana flange.
All of your questions coulda been answered with a simple search
where can i get the flange and what do i need to relocate my egr?
there is a big difference between the HO and LO.

All stock...........lol.
is the lo worth my time? and money

Well considering I went from a lo and ho and felt no difference....Id say theres no difference worth worrying about. Yes the plenum and runners on the ho are a tiny bit bigger, but its not enough to make a difference.
Just use the lo manifold, its still a much better design that the stock 2.4 manifold. I know it hasnt been proven, but many will agree with me.
where can i get the spacer and how do i relocate my egr?
You can order the spacer and everything you need that comes with it in the group purchase section.. just look for the phontana flange thread. As for the EGR.. you don't have to relocate it.. just rip the dang thing out of there... the car will run fine without it.
