hey guys my buddy had a cobalt SS and he hit a pole the other day and @!#$ the car up really bad so he took the supercharger off of it. he got a 2002 cavalier ecotec today and he wants to know if the supercharger will fit on the cavalier if any buddy can help me that would be great?
I think they say it will work, but you need Cut something so it would sit right.. if im not mistaken
I just did this exact install on my 02, completely compatible if you have all of the bolts and accessories....if this really did happen and it isnt that you just happened to come across a charger then yea no problem. the only thing you need to get your hands on or make like i did is an adapter plate for the throttle body to fit the blower.
no he still has the car for 2 more days in till they come get so im trying to find out all the stuff he needs and if he can do it

yea but I know his pain, so check it man. you didnt need to swap all those accessories like you did. you dont need to change any pulleys people do its no need. just line the belt up on the tensioner and the s/c pulley on the same side oft the pulleys and you are good. I just caved and got the belt from gm since im not too keen on cutting ribs off and what not.
