obx and tusudo are over seas copies , are rk's and/or pacesetters , and made from thin wall low grade stainless

low grade stainless is still 10x better than mild steel... even coated mild steel.

if you can wait about another month... there may be a way better header out there but i have yet to test if it fits the jbody chassis

i went with the obx even though ppl here dont seem to think its all thet great. im verry happy with it and i could notice a diferance.
cheaper to by but i did have to pay quite a bit to get them installed because the down pipe needed welded on by the cat.
i bought it at Sparktec Motorsports ebay store, i think they have cramic too. i thought it was a good deal

Vibrant? The long tube header? We have them @ www.TurboTechRacing.com but we have never tested one on the cavalier as they are designed for the Cobalt

SS or SS/SC? Did anyone Try to see if it works? Would you gain alot or notice more than the other Brands?

the one I'm thinking of is the weapon-r long tube 4-2-1 stepped diameter tubing and long primaries and secondaries that eliminate unneccesary bends.. 2.5" collector, eliminates catalytic converter

however, the vibrant also looks like a viable candidate... 2.5" collector, comes with catalytic converter

I'm looking for a LONG tube header tho

^ so when you gonna try this to see if it works?

neither downpipe will fit. and the collector of the vibrant might hit the firewall.

my custom tubes header fit after cutting half the collector off and building a new downpipe.

the weapon-r looks really close

...downpipe fab wouldn't be that bad

the only way to know for sure is to try

I'll post up the results soon. before I rip my eco out after I get the old p.o.s. header off, i'll mock this baby up to see if it aligns right
