help with ecotec swap!!!

ok so here is the run down

I went from a 2000 z24 sunfire convertible engine and I put in an 2004 2.2 ecotec cavalier engine
everthing was transfered over and Ieverthing is installed and fits.

heres the problem
when I go to crank it over it doesn't start. it has spark and it has to do somthing with the fuel because when I spray a little starter fluid into the throttle body it starts. andthe injectors are good and it has proper fuel pressure
it has to be somthing electrical that is not allowign the injectors to open.

if anybody has any advice let me know thanks

your think that the crank position variation relearn needs to be done? I have started the 30 min passlock relearn on it. hopefully that fixes it.

95% chance it's the passlock.
