So after driving around with my new shiftplus my car starts to act up.
After I turned the car off and let it sit for a bit while on a cold drink run *cough* so then I come out and try to start my beauty and nothing.. So I get out pop the hood and move the positive battery connector and then the car starts up just fine so I figured that I just needed to clean the connector tomorrow. So after I call it a night and I try to start the car in the morning and I swear I hers *Chug chug chug @!#$ you chug*
I get it to the shop and they say that my fuel pump is broken and the wires were fried. They replace it and now the ECU wont let the car turn on cause its in "theft" mode and wont let the injectors pass fuel. So now I have to get it reflashed apparently and then I'm out about 900$ total for the tow and pump and reflash.
Any ideas as of what to happened?
You do not get it reflashed due to the theft light. There is a procees you go through with cycling the key on and off that resets the theft lock. I would search around on here how to do that. Try searching theft relearn.

So apparently the computer got fried. Ugh any reason as why all this would happen? Is it cause of the shiftPlus?
