Turbo Tech Racing Update Lower Engine Mount
Thursday, June 07, 2007 1:10 PM
Well the time has come, after weeks of testing the Billet Aluminum lower engine mount is a success. The test car had a TTR Upper engine mount and a TTR Aluminum lower engine mount installed, after the initial break in; there are virtually no vibs. It has been stated it has less vibs than the Prothane/RK Sport lower mount have, after break in.

We will have these added to the website within the next week. They will be shipping in 1-2 weeks, as we will now start up production on them.

MSRP will be $99.99 + $10 ship (USA shipping rate)

If we can get 20 orders we can do $79.99 + $10 to ship (USA shipping rate)

Orders would ship once 20 orders are reached.

Who would be INTERESTED in a GP? (Again interest thread only, this is not the official GP thread)

We can do $15 off an upper engine mount, if you purchase a upper mount at the same time as a lower mount. How does that sound?

Aaron, I'm definitely in.
I'm loving the TTR upper mount, the design, and function of it over the insert that RK has.
DO count me in as I'll be one of your buyers for the lower mount.
You rock bud.

I definitely preffer the upper mount over the insert. The lower would be a great addition to the upper mount. Will probably take a while before I get the lower, but I am definitely getting the lower mount!

I'm so stoked to get this!! Though it'll be a few months before I can so I won't be in on the GP but I'll order at full price later on.

Well we are going to run a GP in Mid July for these.

We have added this item to the online system:

If you wish to order you can, first shipment of late June is expected, however, it is first come first served, so some maybe before this date, and some maybe after this date depending how many orders we can get.

I would be in the GP for both mounts and maybe even the transmission mounts as well.

Am in the market for both upper and lower, but was holding off due to concerns about the vibrations since I drive a lot and it would seem uncomfortable. You're saying your mounts create no added vibrations somehow?

We never stated, nor has anyone else stated "no vibrations" it has "less" vibrations than other companies out there, many state it is very easy to use on a daily driver.

cool. I must have accidently misinterpreted "there are virtually no vibs" to "there are no vibs" ... probably still interested though. I can handle a little vibs.
