I just put a a blazer fuel pump in my car because i didnt want to pay the outrageous price for the regular cavalier pump. I followed a guide i found on here.


ever since i put the pump in, the car is hard to start, i have to prime the lines a few times, like, turn the key on, wait for pump to shut off, then it starts easy only if i give it a bit of gas. Any ideas? Bad FPR maybe?

any info would be greatly appreciated. thank you all in advance.

mine has the same problem and i have a 2200 and a stock fuel system from teh factory im not sure...

Probably a vacuume leak allowing the fuel to sink back down into the tank.
