Are you going to be running a stock ignition?
The reluctor ring is more for people who are using aftermarket crank sensors and need something for the sensor to detect.

if you get the crank without the reluctor ring you can't use your factory ignition and must use a crank trigger
the reluctor ring is a 7 tooth ring cast into the crank that the factory ecu uses to determine the crankshaft's position and when to fire the ignition
unless you're going a full MSD stand alone with the distributor and an external crank trigger get it with the ring
might want to ask them which reluctor they're using... the 7x or 58x. the j-body ECU only works with the 7x.

I think the Eagle reluctor ring is for aftermarket ignitions PJ.
Be a good idea to check like Freq Z says though.
