I seem to rememeber seeing a parts list for an LD9 to L61 swap but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where it is, or can anyone provide one?. I have a 2000 cavalier currently so i know the swap is much much less involved than a pre-00 swap. Any info would be great.
search for the eco swap....There have been many posts on this. However if you already have the LD9 it is quite a capable engine and probably not worth the time and money involved swapping it out.
Im planning on boosting the engine. The plan is to be around the 400hp mark. Plus i got a 2003 L61 for very cheap of a family friend.
PJ has a hell of a thread in the 3rd gen forum detailing an L61 swap into a 2200 equipped car, dunno how much of it would help you though.
