Hey there, just wondering if someone has these pics for me real quick? The pics I have doesn't show the valve seats, and thats what I need pics of.. The intake and Exhaust side seats are different and I need to see which side goes on which side. I labled the baggies which has my valvetrain in them, but when I got my head back from the shop, they had the exhaust side seats installed already
.... And the seats they have on there, fit the intake side better than it fits the exhaust side and vice versa..
So if someone could hook me up, that would be great..
Thanks.

I'm going to take a wild guess and ASS/U/ME
your talking about "valve seals" in which the intake and exhaust are the same.
Remember that the spring rotators go under the intake springs not the exhaust springs...

Ok, im dumb lol.. I MEANT the things that go UNDER the springs lol.. What the springs sit on... THOSE are different... But I figured it out, my boy Mat hooked me up..
I just wanna know now, the valve stem seals only on go on the exhaust side right?

better a delay than a disaster.
^^Thats weird, because the 2 shops that have had my head only put the stem seals on the exhaust side.

Just for reference I went and pulled an INTAKE valve out of a head I have laying around...
Left to right... Exhaust valve(for size ref.),Intake valve,Rotator(confused me the first time I took one of these heads apart. V8's are usually on the exhaust),Valve Seal,Spring,Retainer,Keepers.

Intake valves are larger than the exhaust valve?
Hmmm, thinking,
Ok, I remember now.
Dang it, I have to reorder my valves again.
