And don't say go to the gym.LOL Seriously though my vert. is way too heavy, what can I do to eliminate weight, all of the a/c componets are gone what else of major signifiance can be taken out?

Convert your top to manual and take out the motor/wiring.
Alot of the extra weight is additional bracing needed to cut chassis flex.
remove the top and windows. j/k i am trying to do that to still trying but i have been told remove the carpet from the trunk and the sound deadning from the floors i was told that would shave about 45-50 lbs. but i havent done it
i'll assume you want to stay street legal.
windshield wiper resevoir and liquid
carpet/insulation
interior molding and trim
dash
center console
passenger seat
spare tire/jack
splash guards
stereo and speakers/wiring
air bong (which you've done already if you put in a WAI)
yes some of this is minor weight savings and seriously inconviences you...I've personally never had a flat tire, and rarely have passengers so removing seats/spare tires isn't an issue for me. rear seat can be replaced in 5 minutes once you've done it a few times, passenger seat takes about the same. spare tire can go in or come out in a few seconds...etc.
swiss cheese your bumper supports
get an aftermarket steering wheel and delete both air bags
carbon fiber or fiberglass hood/trunk lid
take out the entire heater core assembly
take out the entire wiper assembly
doing all that you'll drop about 200lbs and every single one of them has that 'sleeper' effect lol

Fiberglass products will weigh more than stock.
5mph crush guards can go, along with fender linings, and any power options.

eh, i dont think so. my vis cf hood is actually fiberglass with a layer of CF wrapped over it and its WAY lighter then my stock hood. same goes with my jsp cf trunk lid.
the crush guards are steyrofoam and weigh next to nothing, you wont gain anything there. same goes with inner fender liners, you'll just have a sloppy front bumper that waves in the wind then.
Thanks, some good ideas above,I think the CF trunk and hood would be a good start,I also could lose the washer resevoir but need alot of the above mentioned since the car is a dd.Splash guards are gone, bong under the drivers fender is gone,as well as the a/c comp.,condensor, etc;I like z yaaa's ideas as far as the sleeper effect and can try and find a dd for the winter time.In the trunk there is a lever that you pull to manually lower or raise the top in case the motor fails so I could do what Kardain said.Anyways thanks guys.

Carbon fiber is lighter, but fiberglass usually is not.
My crush guard was not styrofoam, it was plastic and weighed about 10 lbs. What style you have depends on year I believe.
To add to the list, 2000+ plastic tanks weigh less and hold less gas (12 gal vs 15 gal IIRC).

I was wondering what years had the plastic tank and my crush guard in the front was styrofoam which is also gone.
