i just bought a new intake that bolts directly onto the throttle body. while taking it for a rip i noticed that i hear a Ssss sound which i know is a hose leak. previously i had a short ram intake so i know what the intake should sound like. does anyone have the same problem or know where i should look for the leak.

im not sure about the 2.4, but if its the 2.2, there will only be two connections other than the throttle body and filter, and they are the crankcase breather and the IAT sensor.

sorry yea its a 2.4 L and i have connected all original hoses to it and the sensor.. i have also checked for cracks and have found nothing that could be causing it

never mind! i am pretty sure that i have fixed it. even though i still hear it a tiny bit my car preforms well and no major amount of power is lost.
