ok so i have to run new exhaust and im not sure what size pipe to run..i have an hks can and i was thinkin bout running a bullet high-flow cat..and i was wondering what ur guys opinions on piping size are.i was gonna run either 2.25 or 2.5.so what do ya think?
2.25 is perfect for the 2.2 naturally aspirated motor.
i have a 2.2 eco N/A for now and im welding up 3" stainless. using a pacesetter hi flow metal core cat and armor coat header, not to mention the HKS Ti hi power muffler. now before you all start flaming me for runnin 3" on an N/A, i plan to go boost and it didnt make much sense to do the exhaust twice. not to mention look at da skwirl. but back to your delema, sizing all depends on where you want your power and your future plans.
many changes in the making
my favorite part about doing bodywork,.......... bondo bugers
yeah i went with 2.25.it sounds a lot better, not so raspy..and it seems like i gained a little bit of power..quite impressed actually..
