motor mounts...again

i just ordered the motor mounts lower and upper for my 99 cav and i was just wondering if they were easy or hard to install on a scale of 1-5 and what to do..thanks

1-5... 1.5ish 1 being easy, 5 being hard. wont be a problem at all.

my lower mount is being a pain in the balls and wont come lose. Any ideas? I cant get the car high enough for a huge breaker bar either. Hmmmm.

i used air tools...but i say just get somthing on the handle of your rachet and giv er nuts!

get something that can fit like a big screw drver up there and pry it out.

i just tried a huge pipe wrench and no luck. I guess I could see if a shop would do it.

Yea the lower dog bone mount one had a bit of tightness to it, Large flat head screw poped her out with no issues, I give it 1 on the easy scale, For the upper mount will need dish soap as lube on the poly insert,Just make sure you support the engine with a 2x4 piece of wood under the oil pan with a floor jack. That upper mount could be 2/1 scale, U need some musle to pop it in, I forced mine into the slot, Almost had doubt is was going to go in, I got it. I had fun easy job.
