is there anything i should be aware of?

you'll need the engine, trans, mounts, harness, and possibly some other things.

Pretty much what has already been said..

The whole top mount assembly, wiring harness, engine, trans, heater hoses, coolant hoses that come off the radiator.. Also if your car doesnt already have a Tach in the cluster then youll need the cluster with a tach as well.
