after replacing all the internals, adding a turbo and spending the time to tune everything; how do you go about finding the new redline???

if this is a repost im sorry but i couldnt find anything. and its just a simple question, i dont want to hear, "if you do all that to the engine then you should know how to find it' because everyone has to start somewhere

That's the sad truth. When you plan on building an engine, it's not only torque spec and gaskets. You need to understand how it work first to build a good engine otherwise you are just building a ticking bomb.

The biggest factor are/is the cam/s. When you don't change the OEM cams, you most likely won't have to change the redline. Also, redline is not a spot you find in a powerband. It's a term people used over the years that means the red part past the peak power point. It's the point that past that it's uselss to keep reving.

In other words, you'll know on the dyno where you want your rev limiter and where you should shift to make the most out of your setup.

im sorry, i should hav worded that question differently, by redline i meant the point at which @!#$ starts to come apart like on a stock 03 cav the redline is 6500 RPM

The Eco can take 7000rpm and not break. You didn't understood what I said.

The most common problem is valve float. Valve float happen when you rev too high for your cam/spring combo. Other than that there's the oil starvation of the 2.4.
