im putting the 2.3 HO intake manifold in my 98 cav 2.4 will i have to change the t.b as well?

nope, u can use the 2.4tb but the holes have to be drilled bigger.

do u know what size intake flange and what size hoses,tubes i would need?

I have the stock TB on it as well with a bigger one sitting next to me. there isnt really a size of intake flange, if its made for this aplication it works. ( I have an extra one lying around if you want it) I just went to autozone and test fitted to find the right size tubes. Good Luck
