Ya i guy u get this question all the time i now that but i forget what the answer is i have a 2.4 gt 99 and im looking 2 swap the tb off a 2.3 i need 2 know what year the j-bodys came with a 2.3 and the model and what i will need 4 the swap plz reply with a pm or in the forum thx EZ

95' was the only year for a 2.3L in a J-body. You want the throttle body off of any 2.3L from, if I remember correctly, 92+ (doesn't matter what vehicle or which motor as long as it is a 2.3L Quad 4). The easiest way to hook it up is to get the throttle bracket from a 95' J-body...but if you can weld, you can use whatever throttle bracket you took the throttle body off of, and cut & weld the slot that held your throttle wire in place on your 2.4L throttle bracket onto the 2.3L one.

If you have cruise control, make sure to get a throttle body and throttle bracket that supports it (if you still want to use your cruise control, that is)

Make sure to use the 2.3L sensors and not your 2.4L ones.
