any one running a turbo setup around 8psi and around a 100 shot of nitrous? would you guys suggest it or not? for a 96 2.2l?
I've ran my eco on anout 8-9 Psi and I've ran it with a 100 shot. Now I run both but with a 35 shot. I would not recomend it unles syou have some serious internal motor work done.
especailly on a 2.2l OHV. your pushing the limits of the stock motor with just a 100 shot. add another 8psi and you'd be blowing rods through the block, unless you have some great ass tuner, with lots of time to tune it slowly and safely..but still i think you'd be breaking parts just do to power
with the ohv oh god no, your probably pushing that stock motor with 8psi, id get the motor built up, run the 8psi but keep the shot down to 35, and go higher if you feel confident and stop when you see the motor cant handle it, and problems start arising.
Talk to some of the ohv guys who built their motors, they might be able to help you out.
