as u may remember few months back i found a 92 GTZ in a junk yard and i wanted to swap some things from it to put on my 95 2.3L LO but instead i pulled the engine and tranny on monday.now i need help from u knowledgable HO QUAD 4 guys on rebuilding the motor and what i can use from my motor like a/c compressor,motor/tranny mounts etc,etc.here is the begining list of new parts si valve set,W41 camshafts,quad 4 piston kit,eagle forged connecting rods,quad 4 head &main stud kit.I plan on geting as much as i can from the race shop.i need to know what else i need to rebuild and where to get it.

THIS...and even the cams you can get elsewhere...i can get them for you at discount from GM if you like..
i read that but i was not going to have them build it i just need the parts but if u guys give all the web sites then thats where i will get the parts from its hard to find parts for the motors and i guess u never had that header made

..i still have all the parts and i have given up on josh at trs and purchased a head else where...soon as i get it on and get the car running its going in for the header then the dyno
As soon as you have a dyno sheet of the stroker, I want to see it. I want to see the torque curve. I don't care about Hp. I want to see if the torque is flat like the 2.4.

HOPEFULLY ill have one before and after the header...but it should still be pretty nice with my ported manifold
? i did not know there was 92-94 2.3L cavalier?i do not know if that would work

yes it does mean we are getting a HO header for the Jbody...since i gave up on trs things have been rolling faster

Hey Scott are you planning to make a turbo header for the 086 head in a 3rd gen Jbody?
I'm the guy getting the HO springs from you and I need a turbo header not log style for my setup, let me know.
2000 Z24 5spd header & catback for now.
