How close are you to producing those new designed alt pullies?
Can we just send the original ones we bought and pay for the modification?
If not, its no biggie as long as you can get them available to us bud.
Thanks,

Mastin The LD9 crank is EXACTLY the same as the design you have. The only differences in the alternator pulleys is the .006" increase in bore i.d., and instead of 8 small holes for lighting, there are three slots to better match the crank pulley designs.
I personnally rather not do that...trade pulleys or anything. The alternator will only be slightly lighter, it was mainly only done for looks and the bore increase to insure it fit on the "aftermarket alternator shafts that some people have." Metric and english shafts are flooting around out there.

All good.
I remember mine had to be enlarged also.
So what you've planned should solve it for all.
Either way I'm down for the new designed alt pulley when its available.

This is my last post for the month. I wanted to say that the 2200 pulley looks great. Aswell, I love the new alt pulley design.
I know what I'll be dreaming about tonight... I guess Kate Beckinsale can have the night off.
so how much do these run .......... i may b intrasted
ya what would a price be on the 2200 for a set of pullies? and what belt is used with them, a stock one?
They are still not finished... therefore he doesn't have a price for them yet. Keep your eye on the GP forum. Mike has done an excellent job of designing, manufacturing, and selling these. Believe it or not though, he is still human.
Yes 40 hours at work, and 16 credit hour at school is killing me...
Full time employee and full time student...
I'm still waiting on quote from machine shop for updated prices on LD9 and Ln2 pulleys. Eco is still in process. I REALLY want to have a GP for the end of the month. I guess we will all see if that happens.

I need someone that has some very good knowledge of the ecotec oiling system to help me with some confusion on the ecotec crank pulley.
If i remember correctly a cam follows the shaft of the crank pulley, which in turns drives the oil pump. Can someone confirm this, and if any one has a picture or anything regarding this PLEASE enlighten me.
No big bosses at work today, so I figured I finish the ecotec crank pulley design.

The oil pump is built into the timing cover. There are two flat sides that engage the oil pump drive.
