Hey;

you're probably going to get flamed for not searching. This mod is actually quite common now and a ton of info is available. I did mine this year and the best source other then this site was the Quad4 forums. Quite a detailed and picture filled instruction guide is available. No need to change the TB unless you really want the power curve up higher in the RPM range (This will happen anyway with just the intake mani upgrade. I used the stock TB. Bigger issue is whether or not you want to use an adaptor flange or actually rework the intake to match the port configuration on the 2.4 head. I used a phenolic spacer as I did not want to attempt to grind the metal of the intake. You can buy 2.3L intake gaskets X 2 or just by the gasket paper and make your own. Seal it up with some RTV and your good to go. Longer studs and head bolts are recommended.

Good luck with your modding.

I just did the swap myself here is the detailed guide I went by: CLICKITY CLICK this guide worked great for me tells you the tools you need and what you need for the swap. Here is a list of the parts I used to do the swap:

2.3 HO intake Manifold
Fontana Adapter
2.3 HO 56mm TB
2x Felpro gasket set
5x M8x1.25 50mm Bolts
2x M8x1.25 60mm Studs
2.3 TB Sensors
Breather Filter
About 2ft of Vaccum Line
Get a hold of Liquidplasma and talk to him about an EGR adapter if you want to keep your EGR, or if you don't care about your EGR and can put up with a CEL use a EGR Block-off Plate
RTV Gasket Maker

I beleive that is everything I used for the swap. If I missed anything you will find it in the guide. Make sure you have everything you need before you do the swap. It sucks to have your car taken apart and then need to run to the parts store. Have fun with it, after the install there is a huge diff in how the car responds and how it sounds.

My car has two speeds, fast and faster.
