I can't really tell by your profile, but what do you have done to your car?

Also, describe your run from launch to full throttle. That may help too.

you're posting in the wrong forum.

Quote:

igot K&N ram air intake DC headers Magnaflow cat back Bore TB 62mm Venom omputer B&M shift plus coming soon supercharger compcam portedan polish heads 36 lbs injectors heat exchanger and hp tuners

a header and catback. is all your piping replaced or do you still have the stock pipe and cat on there?
the venom computer is bull@!#$ take it off of your car now

you have nothing done to the car. LS sports are pig heavy and you will be about a half second slower than base model autos.

there are plenty of mid 15 second autos here they aren't "claiming" anything. Just because you can't duplicate the performance don't call everyone else out

The only 14 second autos I've seen are either sprayed or boosted

whats the elevation where you live? that coupld play a big role in your times.

also, try brake torquing off the line and get that 60' down those look like auto OHV time slips

My quickest time was a 16.013 with a K&N intake and a ton of crap in my car. Mine is an '05 auto. I compared your times to mine, I think you just need to work on your launch and elevation and temp play huge factors as well. I've run on a hot night and can only get as close as 2 tens slower than my fastest time. Practice and good luck.

You're not doing anything wrong dude. You went 12's on your first pass!!!

Blew it up, build numbers coming soon

Not only 12's but he happened to lose time past the 1000 ft mark. Quite impressive if you ask me.

actually the 12s is a misprint

We know...just giving you a hard time is all.

If I were you though, I would take off the 62mm TB and put it on the back burner until you get the supercharger. I don't know much about the ECOTEC but the 2.4 really suffers from using anything larger than the 56mm one from a 2.3L. A larger throttle body can actually make you lose horsepower by pushing the power band higher and out of reach of your rev limiter.

list your mods instead of having it jumbled together. makes it eaiser to read
well firt off your 60 foot time just plain sucks ass. you should at least be hitting 2.3. work on your launch. lower your tire pressure in the front.

im running 14s myself with an auto. but i have nitrous and other mods. and remember
practice, practice, PRACTICE!

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
