No there is no aftermarket ECM for any J-body car. Chips are only available for 95' and earlier. There is however:

Aftermarket ECM = AEM, Haltech, Autronics, Electromotive, Megasquirt, PEL, and many, many more.

Many companies make chips: Jet, Superchips, Motorvation, and more.



But I'll go out on a limb and guess you have a 3rd gen J-body and want it for that...
No, none of those ECMS are specifically for a J.
No, none of those companies make chips for a J.
No, a 96-up J isn't chippable anyway.
